with your completed booking form, a non- refundable
deposit of £100 Sterling or $175 USD per week is due within 7 days of your
provisional booking. Upon receipt of your deposit we
will send you confirmation of your booking. |

Payment
of the balance is due Eight weeks prior to your arrival
date. Upon receipt we will send out directions and
lock box number to your villa. |

Reservations made within
Eight weeks of departure will require payment
in full at time of booking. |
