Tuscan Hills is in a attractive and peaceful area, located in Davenport just to the south west of Walt Disney World on the US 27. With the US 192 just over a mile away and the Interstate 4 being within 10 minutes, staying at our villa will give you easy and direct access to all the main travelling routes throughout central Florida. The Interstate 4 provides direct access Southwest to Tampa (60 minutes) and Northeast to the centre of Orlando and the Airports (Orlando airport 30 minutes, Sanford airport 60 minutes).

   
You will be within minutes of all the essential amenities including a bank, petrol station, Publix supermarket, Super Wal-Mart, and a variety of shops, diners, bars and restaurants. 

Walt Disney World can be reached in just 12 minutes, and the majority of the main attractions such as Universal Studios, Seaworld and International Drive can 
be reached in around 30 minutes. There are several quality golf courses just minutes away by car which cater for every level of golfer including Highlands Reserve, Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes and Champions Gate, plus over 20 more with-in a 20 mile radius.
